If Sauron possessed the Ring of Power for 323 years and the Gollum for 298 years, how many years after the ring's creation did Bilbo find it in the Misty Mountains?

Bilbo then kept the ring for 61 years before leaving it to Frodo.  How many years more than Bilbo did the Gollum have it?

The week before his 111th birthday celebration, Bilbo put the ring on many times:  once on Sunday, 3 times on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, 5 on Wednesday, 1 time on Thursday, 8 times on Friday and finally 10 times on Saturday.   In total, how many times did he wear the ring that week?  On average, how many times did he wear it each day?
